I would like to get my website up as soon as possible.

 I am looking for the following requirements:

 1. Website no more then 10 pages of information.
 2. It must include a secure portal/database for clients and myself 
    to sign in where I can post confidential documents to my clients, and engage in online secure chat with my clients. 
     MUST be secure and encrypted.
 3.Contact us page
 4.Blog--ability to update news.
 5.Corporate Logo--I have an idea for this image but I need it professionally tailored/designed.
 6.Website will have one photo of myself.
