Our Problem: Currently we run Magento 1.3.x and Clip Share 4.1. Clip Share contains a lot of training videos that we sell. The program we have run into include: 1) The design doesn't quite-match the ecommerce site. 2) The user DBs are store in two different apps. 3) Payments are run through different apps. OUR GOAL: The goal is to use the core "engine" of Clip Share to render videos for subscribers through the Magento website. This will solve the 3 problems: 1) Design - the videos will be displayed within the Magento templates. 2) Subscription control and user info will be within Magento. 3) Payments for the subscriptions will be handled through Magento. DELIVERABLES: 1) Take Clip Share's main application and have it run as a module within Magento. 2) Within Magento Admin we must be able to manage the video content. This includes: a. Add/edit/delete all videos b. Add/edit/delete video channel(categories) c. Edit the Nuevo Player and it's functions (pre/ post roll, overlays, .... 3) Project must be delivered as a installable module. 4) Must be able to run in a multistore Magento installation. 5) Based on the visitors group they will see one of two Nuevo video players. THINGS TO NOTE: We DO NOT use any of the social features of Clip Share. Customer cannot communicate, message, create playlists or the like. CS is strickly used to view the training videos. We currently have CS running with many of theses features already. If you are experienced in both Magento and Clip Share with the Nuevo player you can message me for the URLs to work on.
