We need a custom made website that works very similar to websitebroker.com with a nice cleaner look like flippa.com

The website should be used as a "website listing" marketplace, where people can buy and sell websites. It should include features like automatic thumbnail creation of the website, be able to detect Google pagerank, Alexa Ranking, Whois info, linking info and detect other site statistics automatically.

We need it to have an administration panel, the users need to register to post new websites for sale and be able to pay via paypal in order for the listing to appear. A messaging system must also be available for when visitors want to send the seller a message or make an offer.

Overall, it is almost identical to websitebroker.com in terms of functionality but with features that Flippa.com integrate into the listings.
