Small firm looking to develop 2 smart phone apps. They will be browser based, but there's one that will go further and will be prepared for the Android/iPhone/Blackberry platform via PhoneGap

We are inquiring expert in the mobile app field to bid and show us their resumes and expertise in the field of smart mobile phone apps. both browser based and native (again our preference is PhoneGap)

We are looking for the bidder to advise us on best ways to use cell phone's MMS or SMS to participate in the contests that they will be part of. (one of the apps is all about contests, every month there's a contests) while the website itself is being built, what are the suggestions that could enhance the contest taker experience on the mobile app? video and photoo submissions, collecting their phone number? etc, etc...

Thanks for advising us, we will pick the one we feel best fit our need and will run with him/her for a while.

Deliverables:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

• All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
