I have a website that is already fully coded, I made a new site and I need it pretty much duplicated, but to reflect the new design. This person needs to know or figure out how to connect signup forms with GetResponse forms as well. required (needed for site to function). So basically look over the other website and the custom backend, duplicate it and make it work with the new site/design. (might need some graphic design skills).

Details: Chrome Server Hosting Environment: What is your server hosting environment? I have a server at a 3rd party hosting company. The name of the hosting company is: webhostingbuzz.com The server's shared/dedicated status is: Shared with other people. Component Compatibility Protection: Sometimes a worker may create features on the website that rely on componentswhich work fine on their own server, but won't work with your 3rd party hosting company's server. There are many reasons for this including version incompatibility, restricted permissions, etc... Rent A Coder normally requires that the worker verify in advance that your 3rd party hosting provider will support the components.  If they do not, then they are responsible for any incompatibilities, rather than you. Do you want this protection on your bid request? Yes, I require the worker to query my hosting company in advance, to ensure that they support all components which the worker uses in the final solution (including supporting the anticipated version #s, allowing components to run under their potentially restricted security model, etc.) Server Hosting Environment: Will the worker develop "live" on your server? No. The worker is responsible for creating their own development and/or qc environment. Physical installation: Who will perform the physical installation? The worker will perform the physical installation, and will be given all necessary permissions to do so. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. 3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.

Other Requirements:

I will discuss with the winner exactly what I want/need and they can adjust their bids from there. Mostly is some tweaking to the backend code or features. Anything not stated is not required.

• All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  
• Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Expert Guarantee Required:

     It is crucial to the buyer that this entire bid request be completed (100%) by the deadline of 15 days. They only want expert workers who will commit themselves to this deadline to bid. If you are not an expert or unable to commit completely to the deadline, then DO NOT BID on this bid request.

     If you are an expert and can commit, the buyer would like you to demonstrate this by making an Expert Guarantee of at least 10% of your bid. (This would not need to be made now...but only if and when you are are selected as the winning bidder). If you complete the job (100% by the deadline), then your deposit would be refunded to you. If you do not, then you would forfeit the deposit and it would go to cover the buyer's cancellation charge and the remainder donated to a non-profit charity.

     Please note that depending on how you choose to make the deposit, there may be a small, non-refundable processing fee. This fee can be reduced or eliminated by choosing a less expensive method of payment. Or, you may wish to ask the buyer to cover the cost of the fee for you. You can do this in a number of ways such as: increasing the price of your bid, asking the buyer to post a 2nd bid request to cover it (contingent on completion of the bid request), or by getting the buyer to promise to pay the fee to you as a bonus (upon completion of the bid request). If you choose the bonus route, just remember that due to credit card/PayPal rules, Rent A Coder CANNOT force a buyer to pay a bonus involuntarily...even when promised on-site. So don't choose this option, unless you trust the buyer, or are willing to take a small risk.
