Description:

Hello,

I need 10 basic content websites to be created.

1- each site will be talking about certain topic (e.g. insurance, plastic surgery, loans etc.)

2- each website will have different template, you can use free tempaltes online

3- each website should have standard pages like (FAQ, contact, terms, about etc.)

4- you can rewrite content existing online, you don't have to create the content as long as the rewriting makes it unique.

5- each website will be 20 to 25 pages

6- suggest a website building tool you gonna use, but if i didnt like your tool, you will have to build the website using bluevoda website builder (a freeware easy to use tool)

7- i will accept 5 bids, i.e. 5 coders each one will make 2 websites, in order to enhance the diversity of websites styling.


So write your bid for 2 websites and the time needed to complete the job.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
  • All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  • Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
