I'm looking for a programmer who can do a couple of tricks.. I need a simple 7 page website done.. Simple design too!

Landing Page with Optin -> Download PDF -> Video -> Create Backoffice -> Backoffice

I can't give all the details of the project here, but these are the 3 functions that you need to have experience with.

#1) I need someone who can program one video to appear at a certain time everyweek and then, they become unaccessible during the offtimes..

#2) I need someone who can create a backoffice with login username being a name or a number and a backoffice of their choosing. When people login, it takes them to a simple backoffice.

#3) I need someone who can program the affiliate side of things like this:

Customer creates account.

They get a website that looks like:

www.website.com/###### (that # is what they enter in!)

That way - all throughout the website - we can pull that # and place it throughout the sales proces.

#4) I need someone who can program the create your backoffice.. Enter your name, email, username, and password. The username has to be of their choosing! HAS TO BE!

#5) Their username that they choose.. becomes their affiliate link..

The opt-in and follow-up emails will use Aweber so please have experience working with aweber and their fields.. you'll be pulling their fields to aweber.. and then, the emails will need to be able to populate with the name, email, username, password

I have been working with programmers since 1998, and I love my programmers. If you have a ton of projects on your plate and can't meet deadlines, please move on. I have a strict deadline that must be met.. if you are known to not meet deadlines, please move on. Let's save us both headaches..

You must be reliable, honest, be able to meet deadlines, have clean coding skills and be rated 9 or above!

Platform:
You Choose.. I have a dedicated server through Hostgator.. I think it's linux.. I'm not for sure though.

Deliverables:

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

• All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  
• Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
