We are looking for a developer or a team of developers to work with us
on developing a web based application using Java, Struts, Spring
frameworks (or relate Java technologies) running on Tomcat application server and MySQL database.

Phase one of the development project is currently estimated at around
150 hours.

The system will require:
- Database development - schema provided
- Front end development - templates provided
- Workflows
- Search pages/results/detailed pages
- Search history
- Users registration/login
- Administrative console to configure application
- Email communication within the system
- Integration with WHMCS billing system
- SOAP/Web Services component to communicate with the third party

Project start date is August 28th, 2008
Expected completion of development, unit testing and quality
assurance: September 19th, 2008
