Description: Our requirement is for an advanced help desk script that we can use with several of our sites. The design will also need doing (nothing fancy just plain and pleasent to use) Ive attached a 6 page brief describing the scripts functions. We would need the initial script ready for basic testing within 3 weeks and the finished script ready within 4 weeks, also we would need bug fixes handled once weve installed it should any be found. We would need the copyright to the code, so the code would not be sold on or made available to others, and it needs o be open so future mdifications can be made. |
