Brief Summary:

I am looking for somebody to extend the functionality of an existing, functional, multi-player, online simulator. The software utilizes Flash Media Server, a small DotNetNuke module, and several imagery sources.

New coder tasks are outlined in Appendix E of the attached document and include extending already existing functionality. Please consult the document for a very detailed discussion of the existing software and an organized discussion of new coder requirements in the Appendix.

Please note the majority of functionality of this project has already been created. The new coder will be required to simply tweak a handful of features, extend a few features, and create a couple new features. A reading of Appendix E followed by reading the rest of the document should very clearly spell out the requirements. Appendix E lists a summary of tasks in table format including first priority tasks. It may be desired to present a milestone plan allowing for partial payment as the project progresses.

After the coder reads the complete document, and following an initial discussion of rough timeline, implementation, and pricing, the coder will be given the source code to examine.

The coder will also be able to communicate with our previous coder who, due to college course work, is unable to finish the project. Additionally, the coder will be able to communicate with a volunteer who will help work on the plug and play performance model.
