Any OS shopping cart implementation can be used
Download page should be secured against free downloads through limited # of downloads per link
Checkout page with promotion code implementation
Admin should be able to set promotion codes and discount percentage
Facebook Connect integrated
Should be able to generate discounts on the basis of sharing; admin should be able to switch this feature on/off and choose percentage
Customer contact form
There should be a database of email addresses
HTML Newsletter functionality
Users should be able to opt-in/out of email list
User should be able to select checkbox for a promotional item when they choose to download the application on the homepage
If yes then they should download a zip with 2 products, if not then a singele product
The promotional item switch should be switched off by admin

The sites all have very similar functionality.

We'll need a signed NDA + design agreement + passport copy of signatory, and at this stage invite bids rather than comments.

We envisage the following timeline

bid acceptance - starting point
documents signed - within 48 hours
specs release - within 48 hours
detailed plan development incl modules, classes, functions, db schema, timelines - 2 days from specs release
development of first site - 3 days
testing and fixes - 2 days
remaining 3 sites - 3 days
