We have a website that is built upon JQuery/DWR/J2EE architecture. We need an expert-level Javascript/CSS developer to do the following task. Please note that the js codes have to be compatible with IE7, IE6, FF, Safari, and Chrome:

1. Restructure the web2.0 page to be more user friendly. This requires advanced knowledge of CSS. (Expected to complete within 1 - 2 wks)
2. Create a javascript tab navigation and build an accordion menu inside one of the tab containers. (Expected to complete on 3rd - 4th wk)
3. We have a album thumbnail scroller similar to http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/cmotiongallery2.htm, and we need to introduce a new feature there. For this you can refer to the existing codes so you don't have to create from scratch. (Not so urgent, can be done within 2 months)
4. Implement JQuery history plugin on the web2.0 page to mimic "Back Button" behavior. (Not so urgent, can be done within 2 months)

Because we adopt agile development methodology and constantly enhance the usability, we would like to find a developer who can become our long-term partner going forwards. The website is scheduled to launch the beta version next March, and we will continue onto 2nd, 3rd, ... release in 2010 - 2011 and further. That means this project is just the beginning of our relationship.
