Convert a VB 6 project to .net 2008 Also convert Access db to SQL express

Some of a code and dll will need to be fixed before it will convert.

From the feedback I have received from some of the other bidders it may be easier to scrape this one and build a new one.

The program is a shipping system that sends a tag transaction to a server using a winsock to be validated and then receives the reply. It work very similar to a web API. There needs to be a database to store address information as well as the reply information.

There is an ODBC module for future integrations into ERP system also needs to be considered

The exciting project has all the tags defined as well as some of the business rules so it is a toss up which way would be best.

There has been 2 attempts at this project and both have failed. There are grid and winsocks that need updating. Forms can also be changed.
