Brief Summary: OVERALL: This has to have Expert Backend....but down-and-dirty front-end. So concentrate on the usability of the backend....and we'll add it into our pages later. Your page can be simple but expertly effective.... 1.) Allows our customers to hit a page, see a Facebook connect logo (if we don't have their permission in the db already), take their facebook info using the Facebook connect....and insert into our database whatever "key" facebook gives us for future use. We should never see the customer's facebook password I'm pretty sure. 2.) Once we have their information, If they hit that Same page again (have it check the db upon the first hit to the page always), it posts to their wall the computer date/time. Can be the servers clock, doesn't matter really. And some words most likely, we'll come up with them later. So you need to give us: 1.) One start.aspx page Written in VB. The Facebook .dll part can be in C#, but if it's a .dll it doesn't matter. But the code itself has to be in VB. 2.) One VS2008 project that includes the start.aspx mentioned above as well as a simple database you created to hold in ONE table the info that Facebook gives us to keep. ...That's it. Test it with your facebook app keys and we will change them to ours once we get it back from you. Thanks |
