C++ Cross Platform Application to Calculate Coordinates of Objects on Web Pages

Create a multi threaded application to calculate the coordinates and size of one or more specified objects on a web page.

The application should obtain its input (object and URL data etc) from a database and store its output in a database. There needs to be support for flexible scheduling of request execution.

Configuration of this Application should be possible through a configuration file as well as through hard coding of the application.

This project should not be too difficult for someone who knows what he/she is doing.

No on-screen rendering is required or even desirable. The MAIN application has no GUI

Remarks:

1) It would be beneficial if you have a legitimate and verifiable commercial QT license that you are allowed to use to develop the monitoring/GUI part of this project.

2) It would be beneficial if you can test the project under OS/X. If you can't that is no problem as long as you don't write code that would be obvious to break the QT OS/X compatibility.

3) During this project you need to be regularly available on Skype to discuss details and progress.

4) Together with your weekly status report you are required to post a weekly backup of the source code and Qt designer files.

Important: This application should be 100% self contained single file executable, optimized for speed and rock solid stable. It will be running 24/7/365.
