We seek an advanced full time Java developer to advance an Java Swing application.

We deploy Java 6 Update 18. The application exchanges data with Oracle 11g R2. All database development is done by a dedicated database team. The Java application uses an API to retrieve database data. Thus, you're not required to know Oracle. However, please let us know if you have Oracle related skills, in particular Oracle PL/SQL.

Please note: you qualify for this bid only if you can guarantee to work for us full time for at least 6 months and start working with us short term.

If you think we could benefit from your services but you can only guarantee 20 hours a week, we might consider your bid if we are convinced by you after an interview. If you apply for part time development please indicate clearly "This bid applies only for part time development".

While you work for us, we do require that you are available constantly for our team on Skype during normal business hours in your time zone.

We certainly will respond to your clarifying questions! We do offer a modern work environment with daily retesting of your code by an full time tester. Our online collaboration platform will allow you to keep administrative overhead for tracking work time, billing, invoicing and task management at an absolute minimum. We do pay your invoices with low latency by principle.
