IMPORTANT: This should be a Team Project as we would like it completed in 25 days. That would mean multiple people should be working on different modules to achieve the goal.

We are willing to work with you if you have a ZERO rating or NO FEEDBACK on RAC, but you may be asked to submit a 1 Page JPG mock of the GUI. If you're not willing to possibly do this, please DO NOT response to this bid request. We only want serious coders / designers working on this project.

You will need experience in programming site to show videos. The Admin section of the site should definitely allow for uploading or embedding of videos. We would like to put up a Video rating Website. The site would basically allow user to basically mark Yes or No to a video after they view it.

So other features of the site would be:

Users entered into weekly contest after they have “Voted” on a video

Winners for the site will be selected via “Random” drawing based in each video they have viewed

All users will be notified of winners via email after weekly drawing

Email should have ability to place banner ad at header and footer that will be pulled from Ads database

User can only vote for a video once and can not change their vote once confirmed

User should have the ability to “Message” each other within the website

Users establish “Friendships/Followers” with each other on the website and can view how each voted on a video

All results from voting, winners and such will be placed in Admin Section. User can always pull archives of the video and see results and the voters that ended up as winners.
