Brief Summary: We need a multi-party accessible, web-based add on for an off-the-shelf collection software program (such as Latitude Software, for example). We do billing for commercial transactions that involve multiple parties, each of which require independent access to different, corresponding data fields through the same website. One party will enter billing information and also upload files. The 2nd party will then download the files and update the status of the project. The 2nd party is doing work on behalf of the 3rd party. The 3rd party will need to be able to view status, and perhaps be able to update personal contact information. All these parties will require unique usernames and passwords. These usernames and passwords must be able to be generated by the 1st party for the 3rd party with great ease. The 4th party will be us, who will update the 1st party with status information from the 2nd party, including when we have received payment from the 2nd party on behalf of the 1st party. The data entered by the 1st and 2nd parties must "tickle" the 1st, 2nd and 3rd parties with email updates. The data entered by the 1st and 2nd party must generate reports that can be uploaded into standard off-the-shelf collection software (such as Latitude Software). All three parties must require no technical experience to use the website--meaning everything must be extremely user friendly, point and click, graphic based etc. There are a couple of different growth areas that this software will move into in the next 12-18 months, so if this project goes well, you will likely be contracted for the 2nd phase at that time. |
