For several projects we search new template designers.
Our templates doesn't include complexe graphics, in oposite, they should be fast and small. A prof. look is more important than tons of graphics.
Mainly we are talking about templates for news and product websites, but all are done with SMARTY templates.

Here we search creative HTML / CSS designer with:
- REALLY GOOD knowledge in HTML / CSS and browser compatible webdesign
- GOOD knowledge in handling effects with jquery and other libraries
- some ajax knwoledge will be cool
- you need at MINIMUM BASIC knowledge in working with Smarty templates (www.smarty.net). Without you will have big problems to understand by sample sense of simple IF, foreach and so on.

Attached you find only as sample a view on a news page. You see beside some graphics in the header it is very clear, but all in all it looks professional.
Such things, but with some effects, faders and mouse overs to show more on the same space, still keeping the professional look and browser compatible - we search people who can do such work and who are so creative, that they really work with a good view and clear styles, so we must not discuss every SS setting. Of course in Smarty templates.
