We are looking for someone who is absolutely fluent in English with an excellent command of the written language to work with us on what we hope is the first of several projects.

We are just in the process of completing a new application.

The application is customised for every client.

The main part of the customisation involves the linking of a number of keywords/phrases (between 50 and 150) with a number of resources. The Resources include;

Modified text summaries (from 20 to 150 words depending on requirement)
Hyperlinks to web pages
Hyperlinks to amazon books
Hyperlinks to objects (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and PDF files) in our database

We already have a huge library of Resources that will most probably be adequate (although some research might be required).

The main role will be to find around 10 - 15 suitable Resources for each keyword from our library and then summarise each link appropriately.

I have just completed the first run through and it took be about 30 mins for the first keyword. So I am guessing once you know your way around the process we are looking between 2 and 3 keywords completed per hour.

The first project requires about 50 keywords/phrases to be completed. I estimate that since this is the first project for both of us and there will be some steep learning and we should budget for 1 keyword/phrase per hour.

In the long term I need to get each keyword/phrase down to about $5 each or less.

I need you to demonstrate the following;

Fluency in spoken English
Excellent command of the written language
Excellent attention to detail
Rigorous time management
Regular communication at reasonable time (UK hours)
Comfortable with basic HTML hyperlink issues
Comfortable with Internet Research

It would be an added bonus if you could demonstrate;

HTML coding capabilities
Basic MySQL understanding
