I need a coder to do the following work on my site:

1. Style the Thesis them to make it more attractive and look less like an "out-of-the-box" installation.
I would like the coder to modify the CSS and/or Thesis options to make it more attractive. I will supply a black and white wireframe image for guidance.

2. Make it so I can run ads on my. I can't currently do this. I want the following ad space:
125x125 buttons (from Adbrite)
200x200 buttons (I will sell this space on a
Adsense skyscraper
Adsense text box ads for sidebar
Adsense text ads for between posts
I will mock up the ad regions in the wireframe images.

3. Make it so I can add custom code to my site's sidebar. There is content I want to add to the sidebar, but I can't currently.
