I need to build a following of targeted people on Twitter. So I am looking to have a following of around 10,000 followers at the end of the project - the majority of which (90%+) should be in the UK. I need followers from within the following sectors

- prepaid cards
- travel
- travel money
- currency and forex
- currency cards
- debt
- money transfer
- unbanked
- poor credit history
- payroll
- expense management
- credit cards

I am not interested in spam accounts or accounts which have been inactive or have not tweeted in the last 30 days. These have to be real follower accounts with atleast 50 followers of their own and should have tweeted in the last 30 days.

My account is currently set to auto follow but this can be disabled if required and the difference between followers and followed should not be greater than 2000-3000.

The project should be completed in 30-45 days. I am happy to provide a wide spread because I am more interested in quality.

So what I need is a proposal of how you will manage the work and a bid and a demonstration of previous experience and good ratings of similar work. The price has to be comeptitive and if your bid is ridiculous, you will not receive a response.
