Description: For each page listed at http://drupal-quiz.pokersource.info/wiki/QuizThemingForIntegrators provide a self contained static HTML page including CSS and images matching the description found at http://drupal-dev.pokersource.info/p4f/wiki/Quiz The resulting integrated HTML must contains elements that are suitable to implement the interaction described in the http://drupal-dev.pokersource.info/p4f/wiki/Quiz The images sliced from the PSD files must not contain any text. The text, if any must be displayed on top of the image to allow for translations. The resulting page must look identical on Safari, IE6, IE7, IE8 and Firefox.
