I need help getting a customized Google App Engine setup developed.

What I need:

1. Someone who knows Python, and Google App Engine
2. someone who can help me design a generic structure, such as
   • Administration Panel Design
   • Plug-In Structure
   • A "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) editor with full App Engine Template Support
   • Someone who knows Django enough to help me figure out the best way to write extensions to the app, which would include pages being added as needed.
3. Someone who has a experience of App Engine, and can help me figure things out. (Experience using the Data Store is a huge plus!)

The general idea, is to have a complete Blank Setup (generic app, with Admin Panel, control structure, Website Editor ( (X)HTML, CSS, that kind of thing), a way to monitor its use, and change settings using a control model in the Data Store.

I expect to be kept involved, because this is not meant to be a complete thing. It is to be a business/app framework for my use.

I do not care if you write the components from scratch or not, or if they are Open Source, as long as the license will allow for commercial use,
