Using an open source shopping cart of programmers choice, i.e.; Magento; OS Commerce; CubeCart, etc..
a. Configure cart to match site template.
b. Configure cart to be for members only.
c. Configure cart for choice of purchase of download shopping on most items.
*NOTE - Stocking of items will not need to be done by programmer*
d. Configure cart with an administrative area with log in.
e. Configure cart to interface with a PayPal account.
f. Configure cart with Page/Links on the left side

This cart will need a Members Only Management area - to include:
a. Sign-up interface with PayPal (membership fee)
b. Email confirmation sent to new member and cart administrator
c. Automatic annual renewal reminder sent to member at 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiration date.
d. Forgot Password email function

Programmer will only be responsible for CSS stylings, any graphics needed will be supplied.
