3D Game

1.Provide a simple 3D application that:
exhibits a field of columns having various shapes and appearances. Some of these should have rotating parts.
interesting distortions of geometric objects can be achieved by applying simple non-linear transformations to their vertices. This, typically, cannot be done in the OpenGL graphics pipeline.
allows the user to move a small sphere through the field of objects by using the keyboard
allows the user to change the camera position by using the keyboard.

2.Image Processing

Provide a simple image processing application that could be a part of an automatic number plate recognition system. Your system should work with images containing a single number plate. The application should
apply appropriate operations to restore a degraded image
segment the number plate into it's constituent characters
uses morphological or other operators to produce a skeleton of the characters found in the previous step.

3. A type written report.
The report should contain
Explanations of the work undertaken, including critical evaluation of the computer graphics and image processing techniques which have been used; and any special features which have been included.
A description of the code developed.
A discussion of the level of success achieved and any enhancements which would improve the work.
Appropriately commented code listings.
The report should be in English, typeset in Times New Roman with font size 11pt. Excluding any images, appendices, the code listing, title page and list of references it should be between 4 and 6 sides of single spaced A4 paper.
