I believe the "Reader Extension" is required by this project.

What is need is to show my business partners a working sample PDF, this would be just a simple, one page PDF that has 3 to 5 fields that I could type some data into them, then have some check boxes on the page, I will select (check) these boxes. Then I need to be able to "export" that data to a local file on my computer. I will then close the PDF, then open PDF and I need to be able to "import" the data file back into the PDF so that the text I typed in the fields and the checkboxes I selected are populated into the PDF.

This is what I need and I need it in the next 24 hours. If this can be done, I have a very large project to give you that uses these exact features.

The PDF would be opened by the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
