We would like to train sales folks on talking to their customers.

The completed product must be able to run from a CD or web...

The main objective is to have a simulation where a sales rep interacts with a customer on the screen... the rep makes his sales pitch... now the system analysyses his speech to see if he hit all of the key words that will be inputed to see if there is a match and provides visual feed back.

It trains or repeats until the rep gets all the right words.

If there is a slide deck then it should be able to record analyse the input to see if they hit all of the key points on the slide before moving to the next slide.

In the end once its completed it should be able to provide a certificate and a copy of the recording for file....

This is a small project its going to be integrated with outher training solutions. Please let me know if any of you can handle this project...
