Brief Summary: I am looking for a "survey-game" to be designed (preferrably with some limited animation). The survey will ask few questions and based on the user's answers the user may be directed to another question or at the end the user will be provided with an "assessment" answer. Questions will be 5 to 10. before the "games" section starts, there will be a user-input form where the user will enter name, address, tel number, email etc which will be saved to a database. i believe flash would be a good program or i am open to alternatives. If you have previously done these, then i would like to see sampels of the work. Must be completed by May 3rd, 2010. |
