== SEO suggestion

We want SEO suggestion for our site ServeLoop.com. This website already been developed keeping in View of SEO. You may check that all category have there own landing page and all USA. We have SEO friendly links i.e for each state we have there landing page http://www.serveloop.com/usa/Alaska-AK.asp and then we show the categories. Currently most of the vendors are from Kentucky. We are planning to expand it with auto-populating it with vendors. We are currently following http://www.oldhouseweb.com/ and then we are planning to expand as same as http://www.servicemagic.com/

So for ServeLoop we need the SEO suggestion which might includes Keyword Research and Analysis,Competitive Analysis,Internal Link Structure,On-page Optimization.
You need need to suggest us and our developers will implement them.

== Link buliding


We need the price estimate for link building, You may categories them with link count and page rank. i.e 10 incoming one way links = ?$ etc

The links must adhere to the following criteria.

1. Links must not be obtained through email spamming of any sort.
2. All links must be on actual functional websites.
3. No more than 20 outbound links on linking pages.
4. All Links must be from different domains/IP addresses.
5. Links must not use a redirect code of any kind (JavaScript, Meta, 302, flash etc.) to link to my site and must NOT use the rel="nofollow" and target="_blank" tag.
6. All sites must already be included in other search engines to rule out any bad neighborhoods/banned pages.
7. These links must only be placed on pages with a google page rank or 2 or higher. NOTE(The actual page where the link is placed must have a PR2 or above).
8. All links must be placed on home improvement related sites.
