Description:

The attached file needs to be cleaned up. It contains Dutch language so please note the special characters. Its about 450 fields. The file is part of an old cms system. The data is going to be used to fill 'fulltext' (a field of jos_content in joomla) Important is that you also remove any expressions such as ***image1/2/3/etc*** this is the way we used to insert images into the text. What is important: All email address in the text must be kept and linked. All hyperlinks also. All paragraphs and
limited to one occurance not several after each other. Special characters are ë, ï and such. Also : Must be delivered in csv. Fields are kept seperated by " in csv. All trash/mess code left from MS Word copy/pastes and Skype toolbar trash must be erased.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
  • All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  • Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
