Legal: 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
1b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.

AnneVeronica Unlimited, an internet marketer with a diverse portfolio
of powerhouse and classic sites that need:

--Configuration, from Anne's inventory.
--Plug-ins
--Autoresponders
--Financial (Paypal)
--Accounting (QuickBooks)
--Database (C-Panel)
--SQL (C-Panel)
--General C-Panel functions.

                                    Requirements

--A proprietary code, that identifies an "AnneVeronica Unlimited" (AVU) member storefront, which consists of an image w/authentication.

--Categorizing of AVU member storefronts (websites) for rotation as storefronts anchored by, AnneVeronica Unlimited (AVU).

                       What Anne needs from you

--Ability to communicate clearly.
--Email communication daily.
--Willing to read and become familiar with the inventory.
--Ability to determine workability of the inventory.
--Build the workable inventory (internet product websites) to original specs.
--Integrate workable inventory as a storefront of anchor, AVU.
--Must know how to build/maintain wordpress (latest versions) blogs.
--Ability to download paid sites, and produce the resulting functions for which it was purchased.
--Setup Secure Transaction and Bookkeeping (paypal and Quickbooks) functionality.

                       What Anne will do for you

--Provide All business sites.
--Provide All Domain Names for you to use.
--Provide a Directory database for Article submission to All relevant Ezine sites. This function will link the Wordpress storefronts to Ezines for backlinks.
--Provide complete access to All marketing content for you to work with
on her server's reseller site.
--Have access to All ftp functionality.
--Provide access to All Files available, to determine application or deletion.

-----------------------Functionality-------------------------------

                   When a site is submitted for storefront status:

--All formats and configurations must meet an AnneVeronica Unlimited "Site building Infrastructure" specification.
--Specs are code snippets with "AVU Storefront” image logo.
--'Percentage of all sales' agreement funneled to AVU via Paypal.

             When the Site building Infrastructure is complete:

--The AVU anchor site and image dominate.
--The agreed upon number of operational, optimized, selling (and related functions of an "AnneVeronica Unlimited", and storefronts business site), are ready for duplication.

--A ‘sold’ duplicate AVU site can be added to the Reseller server.

  • All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  • Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Expert Guarantee Required:

     It is crucial to the buyer that this entire bid request be completed (100%) by the deadline of 90 days. They only want expert workers who will commit themselves to this deadline to bid. If you are not an expert or unable to commit completely to the deadline, then DO NOT BID on this bid request.

     If you are an expert and can commit, the buyer would like you to demonstrate this by making an Expert Guarantee of at least 10% of your bid. (This would not need to be made now...but only if and when you are are selected as the winning bidder). If you complete the job (100% by the deadline), then your deposit would be refunded to you. If you do not, then you would forfeit the deposit and it would go to cover the buyer's cancellation charge and the remainder donated to a non-profit charity.

     Please note that depending on how you choose to make the deposit, there may be a small, non-refundable processing fee. This fee can be reduced or eliminated by choosing a less expensive method of payment. Or, you may wish to ask the buyer to cover the cost of the fee for you. You can do this in a number of ways such as: increasing the price of your bid, asking the buyer to post a 2nd bid request to cover it (contingent on completion of the bid request), or by getting the buyer to promise to pay the fee to you as a bonus (upon completion of the bid request). If you choose the bonus route, just remember that due to credit card/PayPal rules, Rent A Coder CANNOT force a buyer to pay a bonus involuntarily...even when promised on-site. So don't choose this option, unless you trust the buyer, or are willing to take a small risk.

     This is just a very brief overview of how the Expert Guarantee works and there are many more details that you need to understand fully before you bid on this bid request. DO NOT BID on this bid request until you've read and fully understand everything about the Expert Guarantee (including reading the contract and the FAQs).
