Brief Summary:

Here are the ideas i have for an ad campaign. The site I have is called goldenagecomics.co.uk. It has over 9000 users, and your art will be instantly seen to graphic/comic audience. However, while I will keep goldenagecomics.co.uk as a domain and as a forwarder the new domain will be Edutainment World (edutainmentworld.com). This work will promote the goldenagecomics.co.uk division of EdutainmentWorld.com

You would be allowed to promote your work on the site, I would give credit that you did the work, but of course, I would own the work and its copyrights.

Here are the general ideas: 
The ad should conform to one of the below dimensions:

1/4-pg horizontal: 7 1/2 wide by 2 1/2 inches deep

or

1/4-pg vertical: 3 1/2 wide by 5 inches deep


The deadline for submitting the black-and-white advertisement (in a PDF) to The Pulpster

Bid request Type: What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)
Legal: 1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.
Other Requirements:
  • All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline(s) for this bid request...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this bid request...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal bid request.
  • Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business bid requests <$500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and worker agreements. Rent A Coder monitors all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressors on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
