Brief Summary:

I need a template design and I want it to be very similar to bepaid.com but of course it may not be exact replicate because of copywrite issues. All pages, like homepage, sign up etc should be included in design. No need to do cutting as I can do that.

Bid request Type: What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)
Legal: 1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.
