hi all !
i have a client which wants a flash banner designed for game. i have made a flash banner but it need tweaks and modifications.
the bidder must be willing to do revisions until my client satisfaction.

Bid request Type: What kind of work do you need done?
Graphic Design (Includes graphics work, logo design and 3d modeling)
Legal: 1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement.

My client wants the attached swf banner to be enhanced by adding effeccts, mouse cursor over effects, currently the background moves from left to right and stops the client wants the background to keep moving for this purpose you will have to put new background (i will help you finding it).

winning bidder will be given original files and will be directed for changes, only bid if you have skills in flash cs4, this is probably a test project, more ongoing work for the winning bidder.

ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS ARE ATTACHED.
